Leisure Attendant
Purpose of rule:
The key purpose of this rule is to assist the Manager in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Club.
Customer Service:
The priorities of the Club are:
To provide a friendly and efficient service to all our customers.
To pro-actively provide information to always promote the Club to the public.
To respond positively to customer enquiries.
Key duties and responsibilities:
To clean all areas of the Club including the Gym, Aerobics room, changing rooms, reception, showers and drains to ensure exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
To assist with the delivery of continuous improvement plans.
To assist in the maintenance, use and updating of safety equipment and to ensure that the requirements of the Health and Safety at work Act are properly adhered to.
To report without delay any dangerous occurrences or accidents into the incident logbook and directly to the club manager.
To ensure that the members and guests needs are always met.
To complete and action pool testing. (Inhouse training will be provided)
Requirements:
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Eu passport
Flexibility in working hours. The role will include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Leisure Centre receptionist experience welcome but not essential. (Training will be provided)
Swim teacher qualification welcome but not essential. (Course can be provided)
Pool lifeguard qualification welcome but not essential. (Course can be provided)
Gym instructor qualifications welcome but not essential.
Must have the ability to work as part of a team, with a good work ethic and a desire to progress in your career.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: €20,000.00-€26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 37 per week
