Mechanical / Electrical - Regional Service Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering and retail experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various departments, coordinating site information, and ensuring smooth project execution across regional activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexibility to travel for projects outside of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Department Liaison: Support and coordinate activities across various departments, including Service, Contracts, and Commercial teams.
• Site Coordination: Gather, manage, and distribute site information to ensure smooth project operations.
• Project Management: Collaborate with the Contracts and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Delegation & Escalation: Manage urgent matters by delegating tasks and escalating issues when necessary.
• Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date site-specific certificates and implementing necessary improvements.
• Communication: Serve as the communication link between different levels of staff, clients, and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective information flow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Industry Background: Experience in mechanical and/or electrical fields with retail experience is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for projects and roll-outs, including those outside of Ireland.
• Fast-Paced Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism: Well-presented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
