Machine Mechanic

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Mechanic to join our team in Tallaght site in Dublin24. Machine Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance of all commercial laundry equipment.


Key Duties:
  • To carry out preventative maintenance on all equipment ensuring they are kept to high standard and provide reactive maintenance to all plant equipment.
  • To work closely with production management to ensure all maintenance work is prioritized correctly and carried out in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that all breakdowns are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Maintain maintenance paperwork and ensure all documentations is up to date and accurate.
  • Identifying, sourcing and the replenishment of spares.
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient mechanical/electrical running of the production facility.


Areas of Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude;
  • Excellent PLC skills including fault finding and program adjustments;
  • Troubleshooting electrical reactive works; instrumentation, pneumatic and hydraulic experience;
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail.


Qualifications
  • Multi-skilled technician.
  • Trades diploma/qualification.
  • Computer literate.


This is a Full-time role. Flexibility may be required.
