Job Description
Your new role as a Maintenance Electrician will be part of a maintenance team made up of elec & mech technicians. This is a mobile role covering all of Ireland but mainly Greater Dublin Area. The role will also include the following.

• To carry out PPM Tasks and routines in a timely and efficient manner.
• To carry out small to medium size electrical repairs and installations.
• Upgrading fans, motors, pumps to more energy efficient systems.
• To carry out routine checks on all systems including but not limited to Electrical systems, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems, Building Management Systems.
• Ability to plan and carry out works to achieve an efficient & speedy resolution to reactive maintenance issues that arise.
• Assist with documenting maintenance tasks carried out on site.
• Assist with supervision of contractors on site to make sure works carried out safely and in line with relevant standards.
• Contacting suppliers to source and order material is required.

Role Requirements

• Electrical Qualification
• Irish full drivers’ licence (must be 25 or over)
• Flexible to work some weekends / evenings.

Preferable/Desirable

• Experience in PPMs on all HVAC plant
• Knowledge in fault finding & control wiring
• Any other qualifications relative to the role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €20.00-€25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 – 50 per week
