We are urgently seeking skilled Maintenance Engineer (Quarry) to join our team for multiple positions across the South East of Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on quarry machinery, including crushers, screeners, and conveyors
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy equipment
Perform proactive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new quarry machinery
Collaborate with the site management team to support smooth and safe operations
Maintain detailed records of repairs, services, and inspections
Strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies to promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Fitter, ideally in a quarry or heavy industrial setting
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Experience working with quarry equipment like crushers, screeners, and conveyors
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong commitment to safety and environmental regulations
Full driving license required
Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (desirable but not essential)

Pay: €33,754.86-€43,136.12 per year
