Role Overview:
As a Maintenance General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, ensuring equipment and facilities are running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for leading a team, scheduling maintenance tasks, managing budgets, and ensuring safety standards are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance.
• Coordinate with other departments for effective operations.
• Budget management and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing maintenance tasks and teams.
