Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled **Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter** to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate, along with the benefits of a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and pension scheme. We are also open to applications from labour-only contractor teams for project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and refurbishment project tasks across client properties
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards as required by both Company and Client
- Attend reactive callouts to assess and report on additional repair requirements
- Complete and document repairs with photographic evidence via our in-house workflow app
- Collaborate effectively within a team, including with subcontractors, while working independently when needed
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified in carpentry with proven site experience
- Valid CSCS card or equivalent certification
- Full, clean driving licence and own tools
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Competent with email, mobile applications, and our job workflow app
- Flexible regarding working hours, with availability for emergency callouts
Desirable Skills
- General knowledge and experience in plumbing and electrical work
- Skilled in working with roofs and rainwater systems (e.g., gutters)
