Maintenance Operative:
We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and motivated maintenance operative to work with us.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a professional, hardworking environment within a workforce that thrives on teamwork and achieving superior customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.
• Identify and report the need for major repairs which are outside your remit.
• Maintenance of garden areas.
• Painting and decorating as required.
• General construction work as required e.g. plumbing, carpentry, block laying.
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks when required.
• Using materials, parts, and equipment in an efficient manner.
• Full compliance with all safety procedures and adhering to operating safety steps.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

About You/Requirements:

• Possess a full, valid, and clean driver’s license.
• Experience in a building/maintenance environment preferable.
• Must have the ability to work on your own initiative and at times unsupervised.
• Must have a positive attitude to working relationships and communicate well with colleagues.
• Be organised and diligent with a flexible approach to work.
• Have the desire to achieve and maintain a high standard of work.
