Mechanic/Vehicle Technician

Exciting opportunity for a Mechanic/Vehicle Technician to join our growing team Key Responsibilities: Effective organisational skills, providing excellence in customer care; Provide training and guidance to colleagues, in ensuring that all work is carried out to our excellent standards; Have the ability to carry out effective diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models; Prior experience of working with tyres or the ability to quickly get up to speed; Carry out vehicle health checks, in line with our best practice Standard Operating Procedures; Carry out the range of motor mechanical operations; Be able to accurately assess labour hours and any other resources required for each job. Essential Criteria Be a fully qualified mechanic/ vehicle technician Have at least 2 years relevant experience within a busy garage environment; Have the right to live and work in Ireland; Be computer literate Have knowledge of required industry regulations and compliance with same; Have a full, clean driving licence. Desirable Criteria Experienced in training/mentoring apprentice mechanics; Have supervisory/management experience. Other Information Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience. Hours: Full-time position. Location: Based in our Naas branch.
