Role Overview:
This full-time position offers flexible working hours and is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong mechanical background. As a Mechanic/Welder, you will play a critical role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet, ensuring the highest levels of operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular mechanical maintenance and repairs on a variety of agricultural machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues accurately, implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.

• Welding and Fabrication: Perform precise welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment and machinery components.

• Preventative Maintenance: Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules, reducing the risk of unexpected breakdowns and extending equipment lifespan.

• Fleet Condition Management: Work proactively to ensure all machinery is maintained to the highest standard, supporting operational efficiency across the board.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven Mechanical Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the agricultural or heavy equipment sectors.

• Full, Clean Driving License

• Welding Proficiency: Skilled in welding and fabrication, with the ability to produce high-quality repairs.

• Fluency in English:

• Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of prioritising tasks, working independently, and maintaining an organized, systematic approach to repairs and maintenance.
