Mobile devices technician and basic laptops and desktop repairs.

The ideal applicant should have experience fixing smartphones and tablets in the retail environment and doing both, working within a team and under their initiative.
Please note this is also a customer-facing role.
The ability to fix laptops and desktops would be beneficial, but we will train on basic repairs as they are a part of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Top-class customer service
• Repairing Apple Smartphones
• Repairing Samsung Smartphones
• Repairing i Pads and Tablets
• Learning to fix new phones and tablets
• Achieving store targets
• Meeting, greeting and engaging with customers
• Sales
• Repair Lab maintenance
• Managing repairs to maximize revenue and keeping the time frames
• Updating customers regularly and documenting all work done correctly
• Promote Tech Star brand

Smartphone technicians will have to repair Apple, Samsung and other phones proficiently.
The role includes opening and closing a store, working with a cash register and covering some front-of-house duties.
Personality:
Passionate, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a very organised person who loves helping other people.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be a fast multitasker who will not go past the quality issues. The candidate must be a great team player and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Experience:
It is imperative to have retail experience repairing smartphones, sales, and customer service, as well as a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
You may occasionally work in other locations.
