Montessori Assistant Teacher required from Sept 2024, in the Ballinteer Rathfarnham area. The positions are permanent part-time (mornings) and permanent Full Time working with children 3-5 years.
We are seeking a candidate with a love and knowledge of the Montessori method and materials, who is eager to learn more.
Excellent working conditions ratios 22.3 and 15.3 continual support and training provided.
Minimum requirements Montessori Fetac Level 6 Diploma in Early Childhood Care and
Education is essential. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Experience an asset but not essential, training will be given by our dedicated team of Montessori teachers.
Roles and Responsiblities include:
* Carrying out duties assigned by Manager
* To assist in developing the Montessori curriculum operating in the service
* Familiarity with and adherence to the principles of Aistear and Siolta
* Assist in organising a safe and stumulating environment for the children in the service.
