Network Director
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Network Director to lead, support and grow our distributors in France. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the French Market through our distributors in line with the company objectives. The successful candidate can be located in Ireland but will be required to travel to France at least twice a month. You will reporting directly to Business Manager in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:

• Creates and executes short-term and long range implementation plans for an expansion of the Tricel business in line with the business objectives.
• Identify and support new opportunities for business growth and potential acquisitions while nurturing existing business.
• Assemble and develop teams to launch and expand new business areas.
• Mentor and guide business partners through sharing best practices and managing ambitions to foster growth.
• Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve commercial productivity and revenue generation.
• Spearhead the growth of the French business, serving as a key member of the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on innovation and strategic growth.
• Over 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role with proven commercial success in both Direct and Partner models.
• French speaking is a necessity for this role.
• Strong technical expertise, preferably in the water/wastewater or construction sector, with competitor experience being a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized and focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving company.
• Capable of making informed decisions to achieve optimal commercial results.
• Skilled in leading and empowering teams to achieve their goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for the role.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing business targets.
