We are inviting applications for this position with a 4 days working/ 4 days off shift pattern to join and enhance our established team in Castlemartyr Resort
Key responsibilities include presence in the Resort during night hours, ensuring that the highest level of guest service is given at all times, paying particular attention to conference/function business and all public areas, ascertaining complete guest satisfaction at all times.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospitality.
A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
Previous experience working night shifts is essential.
Full clean drivers license

Personal Qualities

Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

Check in and out hotel guests as required as well as assisting with guest requests in relation to luggage/porterage.
To ensure meeting event rooms are properly set up, broken down and reset according to the weekly function sheets.
Provide a safe and secure environment for hotel guests.
To liaise with front office and any other relevant personnel regarding all aspects of client's requirements.
Complete full report of night shift in diary and handover any problems/incidents to Handover staff prior to leaving.
