Role Profile

Role Title: Office Administrator
Reporting to: Operations Director
Division: Reach Group - Operations

ROLE PURPOSE
This role requires a significant amount of organising, planning, coordinating; managing deadlines and priorities to ensure support to the Reach team, along with general office coordination duties as required. The ideal candidate is flexible, enthusiastic and motivated with excellent Excel skills and good communication stills.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
General administrative tasks in support of the Reach team to include but not limited to;

• Customer EDI processes
• Raising new PO’s and monitoring open PO’s
• Responsibility for processing some EDI data
• Customer Service support key customers including escalations and instore activity
• Administrative support for outsourced merchandising activities
• General office duties including meeting and greet visitors
• Light facilities tasking including post and ordering consumables and liaising with facilities management company

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Enthusiastic and hardworking individual committed to working in a busy office
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise work
• Ability to work to a deadline and have strong attention to detail
• Friendly and customer focused
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent professional etiquette
