We offer a full and comprehensive Telecoms Consultancy, installation and maintenance service, and In line with ongoing business success and customer service level agreements and commitments, we now seek to grow our provisioning team.
We haves offices in Glasgow, Belfast & Dublin with this position based at 18B Rosemount Park, Dublin D11 XY71
Key Responsibilities:
Managing small office team and admin functions
Managing field engineers
Reporting to Dublin General Manager
Liaising with other departments in company in Glasgow and Belfast
Maintaining engineers Diaries for set ups, site surveys and installs
Provisioning services telecoms services for customer eg broadband and hosted phone system
Ordering stock and managing inventory
Managing ongoing orders via Dynamics 365 CRM system
Contribute & drive continuous improvement of current processes and procedures
Managing company vehicles via tracking system
Ensure the highest quality of service is always provided through calls & emails
We are looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:

An emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

Preferable but not essential that you have experience within the telecoms industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
