Paid Social Account Manager

Here at Strike Digital, we are an award-winning and rapidly scaling e-commerce-focused agency based out of Dublin, Ireland. We are again expanding our team and we are specifically looking for an individual who fits our team and can add to our current team of experts. We have outlined what we would love to see in any applicant in the below qualifications and descriptions of the role.
Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Minimum of three years of experience with Meta Ads, experience with Pinterest and Tik Tok Ads preferable but not essential.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Ability to manage and maintain client relationships over long periods.
Excited about the opportunity to scale E-Commerce businesses across the globe.
Demonstrable interest in marketing technology & innovation.

Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to develop strategic narratives, thought leadership skills, and industry-specific expertise.
Demonstrated ability to influence executive internal and external stakeholders to deliver impact.
Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to details.
Ability to be proactive and to inspire, motivate, and work well with others.

As a Paid Social Account Manager for Strike Digital, you will be managing multiple accounts on Meta, Pinterest & Tik Tok Ads across multiple industries. This will involve creating, optimising & managing campaigns for Strike Digital’s clients. Our Paid Social Account Manager will be someone who is confident in their ability to obtain positive results on the platform, can demonstrate the right solutions for the right objectives, can showcase their excellent communication and objection handling skills in client meetings. We are looking for someone who brings big energy and enthusiasm to every interaction, with both clients and colleagues.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide top-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Strike Digital’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users and positively impact their bottom-line revenue.
We are a data-driven, results-focused E-Commerce agency. Our award-winning team of experts help brands scale profitably online through precise, data-driven advertising. We are looking for a Social Ads wizard to join a growing team.
€40,000 - €50,000 per annum.
Please note this is a fully remote-working position.
Must have European citizenship or valid Right to Work in Ireland.
