We are seeking a talented Painter to enhance the interior and exterior of Sheen Falls Lodge and The Ring of Kerry Golf Club. Your role is vital, as excellent painting not only adds aesthetic value but also serves practical purposes. We’re looking for a professional who is skilled in choosing the right materials and tools for the job, capable of working on various surfaces and adheres to safety measures.
Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints and instructions to determine the work required.
• Prepare the site by building scaffolding and covering fixtures.
• Prep walls and surfaces by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
• Fill cracks and holes with suitable materials (e.g., plaster).
• Mix paints to achieve the desired colors and textures.
• Paint surfaces using appropriate tools.
• Apply varnishes and other finishes.
• Calculate costs and negotiate prices.
• Follow all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter of a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of painting materials and techniques.
• Familiarity with painting methods.
• Competency in using painting tools like brushes and caulking guns.
• Basic math skills for cost calculations.
• Attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
• Must have fluent English both oral and written
