The team at Aran Pharmacy, Claremorris, Co. Mayo are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Sales
Assistant for Saturdays/Weekends/Christmas role for their new Pharmacy in Silverbridge
Shopping Centre.
Role Overview:
Join a busy pharmacy and health business in the West of Ireland. The Pharmacy Sales
Assistant will meet and greet customers and provide healthcare advice and assistance to each
customer ensuring excellence in customer service in a fun and growing working environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
 Fun loving, team player who enjoys a fresh and dynamic environment
 Engaging with customers and being the face of a new healthcare service in Claremorris
 Providing healthcare/beauty/skincare advice and help to patients/customers. Strong interest in beauty and fragrance.
 Managing stock, shop fitting, floors and facilities.
 Flexibility and willingness to learn.
 Effective and collaborative colleague who can add value in a growing company
Criteria:
 Bubbly personality, with excellent communication, 'people' skills.
 Strong organisational skills, merchandising and attention to detail.
 A passion for excellent customer service.
 Pharmacutical Product knowledge.
 The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
 Professional conduct.
Job Type: Part Time
Please note:
Previous experience in a retail and/or pharmacy environment would be a distinct advantage.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From €12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift

Experience:

Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

IPU Medicines Counter Assistant Course (preferred)
