Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling maintenance requests for our residential property portfolio in Dublin. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests related to plumbing issues in residential properties.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and installations.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties.
- Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule maintenance appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- RGI Qualified is a must
- Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a residential maintenance setting.
- Valid plumbing license and certification.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
