The job will be varied and will be a mixture of commercial & domestic works and involve working in the Leinster Area.
The Ideal candidate will also ideally have experience of the following:
Commercial & Domestic Heating maintenance & installation works
Rgii qualified
Boiler Servicing, repairs and installations.
SEAI installation works
Heating controls upgrades
Excellent knowledge of the current regs
Experience delivering of planned preventative maintenance programmes on large commercial sites.
Investigations of reported Plumbing/Heating faults, identify root cause and co-ordinate resolution of same.
Completion of daily reports and ensuring company HSQE policies are been maintained for all works.
Excellent customer and internal communications skills and experience of report writing
Full class B driving licence
Ability to work on own as well as be a senior member of our team
Hold current H&S cards (Safe pass / Working at Height / Manual handling / abrasive wheel)
Dependability; following instructions & taking responsibility for actions.
