Job Responsibilities
  • Package owner for the delivery of Site upgrade projects on a Biologics facility
  • Ensure Project Scope compliance with site EHS, Quality requirements and Industry regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the Projects through the Concept, Design, Scope Definition, Execution and Handover stages.
  • Project Budget generation and tracking.
  • Project Schedule generation and tracking.
  • Clear Communication to key stakeholders through reports and regular meetings
  • Risk management of projects and develop appropriate Contingency plans.
  • Prepare data/reports to communicate outcomes of process engineering activities.
  • Attend meetings and provide prompt response to problems and information needs identified
  • Preparation/Reviewer/Approver of Change Controls.
  • Identification and project management of continuous improvement projects. Work closely with all site functions and other departments to deliver these continuous improvement projects.
Education & Key Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline
  • 4+ years industry experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements.
  • Flexible and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to think logically and be proactive.
