As part of our Aviation team, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across Ireland and beyond. From Airport Technology to Asset Upgrades to Critical Infrastructure Projects, we're shaping a better world one project at a time.
The Opportunity
The role is to support our Senior Project Delivery team in the successful delivery of various Projects for our Clients both in Ireland and Overseas. The Project Manager will play a key role in the day to day management of our Projects, working with our Clients and their Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the Projects in line with Programme timelines.
As a Project Manager at Arup, you will:
- Contribute to management of ongoing Projects using relevant Project Management Tools and Techniques
- Assist in Project, Design and Site Team Meetings, workshops and reviews
- Develop Project Brief, Project Execution Plans, Records, Reports and Manage the smooth flow of information throughout the team
- Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality, sustainable outcomes for our clients. Other essential skills and qualifications needed:
- Degree in Engineering related discipline such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, team working, communication, problem solving and presentation skills
- Interest in Aviation
