We offer bespoke managed service solutions that give clients the option of having our expert team on-site at their own facility or outsourcing those services to us here at CLS.
Job Title: We are currently recruiting for Quality Analyst / Data Reviewer roles. You will receive extensive training at our head office in Galway before being placed at one of our client locations. This role with report to our Quality Manager for training and then our Director of Outsourcing once placed with a client.

Training is provided in the following areas:
Good Documentation Practices (GDP): Learn the industry standards for clear and accurate documentation.
Root Cause Analysis: Acquire problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve underlying issues.
Technical Writing: Develop skills in documenting technical processes and findings clearly and accurately.
Professional Behaviours: Training to develop effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Knowledge (Role Dependent): Gain specialized knowledge based on client and industry needs.

The Role:
Monitoring & Evaluating Processes: Ensure processes meet quality standards and collaborate across teams.
Data Analysis: Identify trends and areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
Conducting Audits: Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborating on Standards: Work with teams to develop and improve quality standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation on quality activities.

Key Requirements:
Qualification in Quality, Experience in QA or experience in a GMP environment and interest in moving into Quality
Career-Oriented in Quality: A strong desire to grow within the quality field.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: You excel at analyzing data and identifying trends.
Excellent Communication Skills: You can effectively convey technical information both verbally and in writing.
