In this position, you will create an intimate and high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service & product knowledge and assist our guests with recommendations from our extensive menus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greeting guests as they enter
· Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
· Accompanying and seating guests at tables
· Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
· Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
· Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
· Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
· Have good knowledge of the menu
· Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed
· Providing great customer service
· Check restaurant’s emails and respond to them accordingly; draw the attention of management to certain mails when necessary
· Communicate with other staff, such as dinners, informing them of clients’ bookings, needs and complaints
Job Requirements:
· Fluent English skills required (any other language is a plus but not required)
· Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
· A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
· Does high-quality work while unsupervised
· Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
· Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
· Able to work well in a busy restaurant environment
· Restaurant experience a plus
Rate of pay: €13.50 per hour plus service charge €4.00 per hour (Service charge varies and not guaranteed.)
