About the job:
A company in a phase of expansion, Cedar Motors are currently looking for a Renault/Dacia Network Parts Support person to join the team at Head Office, Cedar House, Parkwest, Dublin 12. Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining a strong dealer relationship and to ensure Cedar Motors Aftersales objectives of a sustainable, profitable network of authorised repairers is achieved.
The Parts Network Parts Support position is an integral role within the team, delivering front-line, best-in-class service and support to the dealer network.
Responsibilities:

• Achieve Manufacturer and Dealer standards.
• To build & maintain an excellent working knowledge of all relevant parts systems.
• To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with the dealer network.
• To achieve a high level of accuracy in the processing of all spare parts movements.
• To ensure a high standard of housekeeping & compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
• Receiving & processing Dealer Orders.
• Assisting with parts ordering & stock management.
• Receiving & processing Dealer Orders.
• To pro-actively contribute to departmental and inter-departmental teamwork and to be supportive of the overall company mission and related initiatives.
• To maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.

Knowledge and skills:

• Previous Parts Department Management experience essential
• Troubleshooting and problem resolutions
• Customer & quality focused
• Building & maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
• Good Communicator
• Analytical skills
• Numerate, accurate and methodical with a keen eye for detail
