Exciting New Opportunity for a Manager/Person in Charge based in north Dublin
Stepping Stones Care are currently recruiting for a Manager / Person in Charge for a small
Small residential disability service.
The successful candidate will have:

An appropriate third level qualification or equivalent (NFQ8) in Health and Social.
Min 3 years management experience in the area of Health or Social care..
Experience of ensuring services are run in accordance with HIQA regulations.
Demonstrable and operational knowledge of HIQA and relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Must hold a full and clean driving license – is an advantage

Job Description:
Purpose & Responsibilities of the Position

Ensure that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people that we support
To meet all standards and regulations in the notification of significant events, standards reports and HIQA reports.
Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement where shared learning opportunities are optimised
Lead and direct operational staff within services to ensure that people management principles are embedded to foster a strong team
Ensure that quality and safety is at the forefront of service provision
