- Experience in a billing environment is highly advantageous
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls to existing customers
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with line manager
- Handle objections in a professional manner
- On Target Earnings €45,000 with uncapped earning potential
- €28,000 basic salary, increasing to €30,000 after successful probation
- fully onsite for first 6 months - then Hybrid ( 3 days onsite - 2 days remote)
