We are currently recruiting a Concrete Mixer Driver to join our team!
Requirements:

• Must have a full clean C license and up to date driver qualification card and CPC modules.
• Minimum of 1-2 years truck driving experience
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to communicate in English (both oral and written)
• Ability to work without supervision
• Proficient in vehicle maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to work with individuals across departments and liaise with external customers and contacts.

Duties will include

• Candidate must be in Ireland at present
• Perform daily walk around checks every morning and record all defects.
• Report to management for daily schedule and job status.
• Liaise with batcher to ensure that the load is correct against the customers’ orders
• Drive concrete mixer to and from each project site in a punctual and responsible manner.
• Ensure that on arrival the delivery is safe to execute and respect customer’s property.
• Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors/site managers/customers to park or set up the truck properly.
• Properly clean drum after each load and wash down chutes after every load.
• Perform routine maintenance such as daily oiling and greasing of the truck. Maintain cleanliness of the truck and all associated equipment.
