The Sales Manager - Corporate Division is responsible for driving corporate sales and revenue growth for the hotel. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring the hotel meets its sales targets.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the hotel management.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure bookings and events.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
• Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities and events to boost corporate sales.

Required Criteria

• 3 Years Sale Experience in an Irish Hotel
