Who we are:
Empire Casino is part of a product and tech-focused gaming company operating multiple brands in the Irish gaming market. You will be part of the retail operations team, working with a small team at the ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for ensuing our customers can enjoy our products and services safely.
Responsibilities:

Ensure the security of the staff, customers, assets and premises is maintained at all times.
Provide security response to all incidents as they occur.
Documenting and reporting, all inspections, incidents and other occurrences.
Reporting all suspected incidents to the relevant security personnel and An Garda Síochána.
Provide feedback, observations and reports on issues and make recommendations for improvements.
report in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
Monitor all customers entering the clients premises.
Assist all customers with access/egress if requested.
Be responsible and reliable towards your colleagues by following the Employee Handbook & SOPs.
Train other staff members as required.
Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

Current PSA licence
Minimum 2 years experience within the security industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide quality customer service
Visa to work on a part-time basis in Ireland
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
