The Job
Position- Security Officer
Location - Athy, Co.Kildare


Salary: €14.50 per hour, additional €1.00 per hour on Sundays, and €12.60 per night allowance in line with ERO


Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• Nights
• 18.00 until 06.00

Requirements:

• Valid PSA Static License
• Verifiable 5 year Work History
• Be flexible to days/nights/weekends.
• Valid GNIB/IRP card if non-EEA National.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to work under own initiative essential.
• Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• 
  Holder of Valid Private Security Authority Licence- Static- essential
• Verifiable 5 year Work History
• Previous experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Guarding Skills including detailed knowledge of:
• Introduction to the Security Industry
• Roles and Responsibilities of the Security Officer.
• Patrolling
• Access Control
• Searching
• Security and Emergency Systems
• Fire
• Health and Safety
• Emergencies
• Customer and Social Skills,
• Communication and Reporting
• Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Willingness to Take Instructions from Higher Management Levels
