Basic Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Rotating shifts Sunday - Saturday, ranging from 7 AM to 10 PM depending on role.

About the Role

In this virtual position, you'll be the bridge between Amazon and our selling partners, providing expert guidance and support across multiple communication channels. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Researching and responding to email inquiries about Amazon's policies and procedures
• Collaborating with team members via video chat to solve complex seller problems
• Participating in virtual training sessions to stay updated on new features and best practices
• Identifying trends in seller inquiries to suggest process improvements
