Job Description:
Shopmobility Ireland: We are currently looking to recruit an assistant to work in our Dundrum Town Centre outlet. The successful candidate will provide a friendly, efficient and polite service to Shopmobility customers. You will be expected to offer advice to customers on the products and services we provide.
Shopmobility Ireland is a scheme which lends manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs and mobility scooters to members of the public with limited mobility to shop and to visit leisure and commercial facilities within a shopping centre. www.shopmobility.ie
Duties Include:
  • Enrolling new members into Shopmobility
  • Instructing new members on the operation and safe use of equipment
  • Ensuring the member is competent to operate the equipment
  • Recording and reporting equipment malfunction or other incidents
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will be well presented and have a professional mature manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Polite telephone manner
  • The ability to multitask
  • Basic Computer skills (Word, data entry, internet)
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues
  • Flexible with regard to hours
