"• A third level qualification preferably in Human Resources or Health Services Management or other relevant qualification (Quality & Qualifications Ireland Level 8 or equivalent) and/or professional membership CIPD would be an advantage). • 5 years + experience at a senior level in a Human Resource management role including developing, managing and delivering effective HR Strategies. • A track record of successful and innovative leadership including a record of delivering change through strong interpersonal and communications ability. • Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to the role. • Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office "
