The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values, engages our target audience, and drives growth across all platforms.
You’ll be the voice of our brand on social media, fostering an empowering community and creating engaging content that resonates with women who are passionate about fitness, wellness, and self-care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and You Tube.
- Create engaging, on-brand content that aligns with our core values of female empowerment, fashion, fitness, and wellness.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and grow engagement and followers.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and integrated content across channels.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of the curve and continuously innovate.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and empowering manner.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and use insights to improve strategy, optimizing content to meet KPIs and goals.
- Manage influencer and ambassador collaborations, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos and community values.
- Stay informed on industry trends, especially within the fashion, fitness and wellness spaces, and provide recommendations for new initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with brands in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and You Tube, and their best practices.
- Ability to create and curate engaging content, including visuals, captions, and short-form videos, that inspires and empowers our audience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong understanding of the brands and community.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or partnerships.
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Dublin Ireland Based Role.
