The Subway Assistant Store Manager, aids the Store Manager and must be proficient in the tasks and responsibilities of the Sandwich Artist and Senior Sandwich Artist positions. The Assistant Store Manager must be a Team Player, with good communication skills who strives to consistently deliver the highest Operational and Customer Service standards, in all areas of personal and team performance.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Subway Assistant Store Manager duties include but not limited to:

• Helping with the recruitment of staff and overseeing the in-store training program.
• Motivating, mentoring and coaching team members.
• All Inventory and cash control systems.
• Working on and implementing local marketing initiatives and may contact prospective customers to promote sales.
• Maintaining accurate business records, working to remain within Company Budgets.
• Delivering and demonstrating exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

• Previous Managerial Experience within Fast-food, Deli Counter or Restaurants
• Excellent communication skills: especially verbal

1 Year, experience in a Managerial or Supervisors role working within a challenging fast paced, team environment, in the Food/Quick Service Restaurant would be preferred. Any previous Subway Experience or knowledge would be also be beneficial.

Pay: €13.50 per hour
