Trainee Accountant - Masterlink
Full Time Permanent position
Masterlink Group are looking to recruit a Trainee Accountant, based at our Head Office at Blarney Business Park, Blarney, Co. Cork
This role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to gain experience in fast paced finance department with competitive study package to support pursuit of accounting qualification.
Key Duties

• Assist Management Accountants with preparation of weekly reports.

· Assist management Accountants with budget preparation

• Liaise with business partners both internal and external
• Assist with Month end and quarter end duties
• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly management accounts
• Support accountant on variance analysis

· Management of key supplier accounts

• Support accounts payable (including PO management, invoice review)
• Adhoc duties as required

For the right candidate there is potential in this role to take increased responsibility as the finance business partner to business units within the group.
Education and Experience
· Part qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA
· 1 -2 years experience
Key Competencies
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in use of MS Office particularly Excel
· Good communication & problem-solving skills
· An ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong work ethic
· Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

Pay: €38,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
