Role Overview:
As a Waiter in The Gallery, you will be an essential part of our renowned Afternoon Tea service. You will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional service
- Serve Afternoon Tea and other food and beverage items with precision and care
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including seasonal offerings and special dietary options
- Ensure the Gallery is clean, organized, and beautifully presented at all times
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
- Knowledge of food and beverage, particularly in the context of Afternoon Tea, is highly desirable
