In business since 1979, Tom Murphy Car Sales are the Main Toyota and Lexus Dealer for Waterford and are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as Workshop Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to start your new career at a very exciting time for the company.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Ensure the highest and most efficient standards for Tom Murphy customers.
• Ensure optimum standards are maintained in all aspects of the Service Workshop.
• Effective and profitable management of a busy service workshop.
• Manage the service technical team to ensure safe working practices are always followed and a high quality of workmanship is maintained at all times.
• Leading & managing the workshop team to ensure maximum utilisation, efficiency & profitability.
• Collaboration with other departments, namely Service Reception, Parts Dept and Sales to achieve common business goals.
• To enhance the reputation of Tom Murphy Car Sales at every opportunity when interacting with others.

Requirements:
· Experience in a main dealer environment is desirable but not essential.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
· Fluent in English with good written and oral skills.
· Strong industry knowledge.
· Strong IT Skills.
· Ability to multitask.
· Quality awareness.
· Must hold a full clean driver license.
· Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
· Be energetic, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
· Take pride in your work and enjoy working as part of a team.
· Have excellent attention to detail.
