Requirements:

Level 3 Pilates Matwork qualification accredited by reputable organisations like REPs Ireland and YMCA Awards

and

Minimum 200 hour qualification Yoga Instructor Qualification with Yoga Therapy Ireland, Irish Yoga Association or equivalent.
Current First Aid Qualification
Indemnity Insurance
Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups with a focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Ability to teach a safe and varied Yoga class e.g. Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga or similar
Strong knowledge of Pilates / Yoga principles and techniques.
Experience or interest in ante and post natal Pilates / Yoga
Ideally able to teach from beginner to advanced level courses
