Requirements:
  • Level 3 Pilates Matwork qualification accredited by reputable organisations like REPs Ireland and YMCA Awards
and
  • Minimum 200 hour qualification Yoga Instructor Qualification with Yoga Therapy Ireland, Irish Yoga Association or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid Qualification
  • Indemnity Insurance
  • Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups with a focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
  • Ability to teach a safe and varied Yoga class e.g. Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Pilates / Yoga principles and techniques.
  • Experience or interest in ante and post natal Pilates / Yoga
  • Ideally able to teach from beginner to advanced level courses
