Lead and manage the full project QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
Develop and enhance automated test frameworks using **Testim.io** as the primary tool, with the flexibility to apply other tools like **Selenium**, **Cypress**, or **Test Cafe** as needed.
Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and other QA documentation.
Take ownership of bug management, working directly with the client and development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into **CI/CD pipelines** and ensure product quality.
Spend over 60% of your time conducting manual testing to validate key product features before release

3 to 4 years of experience in QA engineering, including independent management of testing processes with clients.
Strong proficiency in automation tools like **Testim.io**, with additional experience in **Selenium**, **Cypress**, or **Test Cafe** preferred.
Experience in writing test documentation, managing defects, and ensuring quality through direct client interaction.
Proficiency in programming languages such as **Python**, **Java**, or **Java Script**.
Familiarity with test management tools like **Jira**, and experience with **CI/CD pipelines**.e.
