Admin Operations Manager - 6 months maternity leave replacement

We are looking for a driven Admin Operations manager to join the Operations team.
This role’s mission is to provide administrative support to our COO as well as ensuring the office management of our Tel Aviv offices. In this role, you will work closely with our COO and benefit from the opportunity of being exposed to the core dynamics of our business, and be responsible for bringing a positive and productive energy to the Tel Aviv offices. ).
To succeed in this role you need to demonstrate a can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work and deliver on multiple projects. The ideal candidate is both process oriented and scrappy when it comes to getting “quick wins”, and is able to treat confidential information with care and sensitivity.
This is a full-time temporary 6 months replacement position based out of our offices in Tel Aviv and reports to the COO.

Requirements:

To be an Admin Operations manager at Fullpath you need to have:
  • 2+ years experience in an office management or personal assistant role that requires project management abilities.
  • Experience preparing presentations in English
  • Excellent communication in Hebrew and English (spoken, written).
  • Experience working with Saa S tools (Google Suite, CRMs, etc.).

  • Strong sense of ownership with a problem-solving mindset - you take your project for A-Z and find solutions to when things get stuck.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different departments - you understand the priorities of your colleagues and are able to adapt your communication accordingly.
  • Proactive and can do attitude - you are a self-starter and can come up with ideas of what needs to be done. You know how to adapt your work to “win with what you have”.
  • Flexible and big picture oriented - you are able to switch gear and juggle between “quick wins” and “long term strategies”, always optimizing for the overall business goal.
  • Delivery oriented - you focus on delivering results and are able to prioritize accordingly.


What you will be responsible for:
  • Assist the COO in all administrative duties as needed including calendar management, travels and occasional personal arrangements.
  • Interface with all business units and serve as a key representative of the COO both inside and outside of the company.
  • Prepare strategic notes and presentations addressed to internal stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information, writing correspondence for teams across global time zones.
  • Handle the management of the Tel Aviv offices.
  • Be willing to come in the office 5 days a week.
