We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our Data Integrations team.
As a Technical Product Manager for our Data Integrations team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and scaling our existing integrations while also owning the roadmap for future integrations. This role is crucial for ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the business development department to identify and pursue new integration opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and drive improvements.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our Data Integrations team.
As a Technical Product Manager for our Data Integrations team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and scaling our existing integrations while also owning the roadmap for future integrations. This role is crucial for ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the business development department to identify and pursue new integration opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and drive improvements.
Requirements:
To be a Technical Product Manager at Fullpath you need to have:
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- 3-5 years of experience in a product management or technical role, preferably within a technology or Saa S environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing data integrations and working with APIs.
- Mastery of SQL.
- Code Literacy - advantage
- Python - advantage
- Strong technical understanding of data integration processes and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and operationally.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding business development processes and how integrations can drive value for customers.
- A proactive approach to identifying needs and implementing solutions.
What you will be responsible for:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of current data integrations, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for future integrations that align with the company’s goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and evaluate new integration opportunities that can add value to our clients.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather data and integration requirements, prioritizing enhancements that advance our platform’s capabilities.
- Work closely with the development team to translate technical specifications into actionable plans and ensure smooth execution of integration projects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our integration offerings competitive and relevant.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure that all teams are aligned with integration goals and deliverables.
