We are looking for a talented Learning and OD Partner to join our Learning & Development team, reporting to the Global OD & Learning Director. The Learning and OD Partner acts as a proactive, trusted advisor to the business, responsible for rolling out learning and OD programs from planning to execution, aligned with business needs and challenges.

Responsibilities:

Identify learning needs and advise on the most suitable learning methods.

Engage, collaborate, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Lead end-to-end learning and OD programs.

Develop and design learning solutions, including content curation, e Learning modules, presentations, and more.

Execute learning and OD processes to ensure seamless delivery.

Evaluate and continuously improve learning effectiveness.

Requirements:

At least two years of experience in the L&D domain within tech companies.

Proven track record of successful performance in customer-facing roles.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex, cross-functional projects effectively.

Experience in instructional design is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in working with LMS/LXP.

Skills:

Strong relationship-building abilities.

Creative, out-of-the-box thinker.

Teamwork-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Data-driven approach to measure impact and effectiveness.

Self-driven with high accountability.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
