Responsibilities:
- Lead the Platform Group's roadmap, aligning with LSports' overall business strategy and industry trends in big data solutions and platform engineering.
- Evaluate technical solutions in partnership with platform engineers and architects, ensuring alignment with both business and technical goals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Dev Ops, data engineers, and development teams across Israel and Poland, to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and refine platform requirements.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the Developer Experience, including SDKs, APIs, schemas, tools, and documentation, ensuring the platform is intuitive and effective for developers and data professionals.
- Foster external communication and engagement to grow and support the platform's user community.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in mid-to-large startups.
- Proven experience in technical product management, software architecture, or a similar senior leadership role in technology.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and platform engineering concepts, such as (but not limited to) Fin Ops, CI/CD, Kubernetes (K8s), Infrastructure as Code (Ia C), and developer portals.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, with empathy for developers and a passion for community engagement.
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and prioritize technological solutions based on business impact.
