The Embedded and System Integration Manager is a key contributor to our medical device technology. This role will have a significant impact on our ability to bring cutting-edge diagnostic tools to market, enhancing our competitive edge and expanding our market share.
The position will be on Yokneam Site – Israel with Hybrid mode of office\Home work.

• You will Lead a Dynamic Team: Manage and mentor a team of firmware engineers and system integration engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Driving Product Development: Play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle, from contributing to system requirements to hands-on device integration and debugging.
• You will be a technical Leader: Provide technical guidance through hands-on firmware development and oversee the integration of firmware in the lab, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Innovation and Roadmap Planning: Dedicate significant time to driving innovation, shaping the future roadmap of the group, and exploring new technologies and methods.
• Team Development: Focus on the professional growth of team members, introducing new technologies and innovative integration methods, and optimizing work processes.
• Strategic Product Line Contribution: Contribute to the development of the Genius product line and the future gastro product line, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• BSc \ MSc degree in electronic or software engineering
• Proven Experience in Real time embedded systems (Firmware development).
• Proven experience in team management.
• Be able to have hands on capabilities in some precent of the work in Firmware development
• Familiarity in lab integration and automation process
• Advantage: familiarity with python
