About The Position
Leverate is a dynamic high-tech company based in Ramat Gan, specializing in the B2B financial services industry. We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic VP of Marketing that enhance our brand presence, drive growth, and achieve business objectives.

You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, creative thinking, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage plans for both online campaigns and offline events.
- Global Digital Campaigns: Oversee and execute hands-on global digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Manage budgets effectively and optimize campaign results.
- Team Management: Lead a team responsible for online marketing, offline events, content creation, and website management. Conduct regular reviews and recruit as needed.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure alignment with global branding standards.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, especially from B2B companies (investing, trading or gaming companies is a magnificent advantage).
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in SEM (Ad Words, Facebook Advertising) is required; SEO experience is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial trading sector is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Word Press is a strong asset.
- Creative and Analytical: Ability to combine innovative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Independence: Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in English.
