What will you be doing?
- Fund management and financial record-keeping.
- Submission of transfers and remittances (within China, SEA, and Africa mainly).
- Cash flow management.
- Dynamic balance monitoring.
- Analyzing and elevating currency conversion.
- Ongoing communication with providers - resolving issues and optimizing partnerships.
- Responsible, with strong attention to detail- a must!
- Availability to work on Fridays & holidays- a must!
- Knowledge of MS Excel- a must!
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proactivity, willingness to learn, and initiate.
- Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suit products, Zoom, and Slack are basics.
- Previous experience in online payments.
- Previous finance/ economic background.
- A fluent speaker of Chinese/Hindu/Malay/Indonesian/Japanese/Korean/Turkish/Thai/Vietnamese/Tagalog/Urdu/French/Spanish/Greek
- Private chef for breakfast and lunch
