Legal Operations Manager

Io T Capital, a a startup inside Nayax that provides ultra-tailored Embedded Finance solutions is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our dynamic fintech team. This role reports directly to the CEO of Io T Capital and will be integral to streamlining legal operations, providing guidance to our sales team, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness across the company.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Review regulatory memos, draft agreements, and maintain communication with international legal advisors.
- Oversee pricing proposals and vendor payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, guide the sales team and engage with clients.
- Support various strategic initiatives within the company.
Requirements:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- Qualified lawyer with 1-3 years of experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce – an advantage
- Experience in credit insurance and/or working within a financial institution – an advantage
- Knowledge in risk management and experience in evaluating credit requests – an big advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
- A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented professional with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- A customer-centric approach.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Flexibility to assist during U.S. business hours.
